...for the weekend is this:
Well, not the whole thing...just getting the tree up and the lights on. It's only 46 days til Christmas, you know. Not to send anyone into a panic or anything. ;-) And, of course, I won't actually have the lights on until after Thanksgiving. But Thanksgiving is week after next! Where has the year gone, peeps??

HAHA. You'll love this: last weekend my roommate and I went to this Home Decor place they had really nice trees on sale, we needed a tree so...we went ahead and bought it. We are so impatient...we put it up and decorated it....and we don't mess around--the lights are SOOOO ON! :) I LOVE Christmas! But when Christmas is OVER, I want that thing down ASAP.

Mollie - LOLOL Good for you and roomie! My tree tends to linger around after Christmas - for the same reason it starts going up early. It takes a while for everything to come down and be put away properly.
I know. It hit me just a few days ago that Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away ~ and then Christmas is right after that! Thank goodness I'm almost done with my shopping.
