...for just a small

If you notice over to the right, under the "Patience is a Virtue" header, you'll see that the cover for Suz's next book Force of Nature is up! W00t!! You may recall that I am soooo looking forward to this book.

Okay, as you were. :o)

***Updated to add: Roll your cursor over the Cute Overload link on the left to see the cutest little kitty face ever to wear a knitted hat. :-D

Ooh, ooh, ooh, who's it about? I'm too lazy to look it up myself. Of course, I've got more to go in the series before I get there, but I'm looking forward to it!

Devon - This one is about Ric (the detective that Max tries to set up with Gina in Gone Too Far) and a new character. Plus Jules (!!!!) and Robin (!!) play major supporting roles. Of course, depending on where you are in the series, half those names mean nothing. LOL

I'm excited because I love Jules sooo much and Suz swears he's almost earned his happy ending...but she really tortures him in this book.

Pub date is August, at the moment. It could move one way or the other.

I'm off Suz's list for a bit but OMG - that kitty is just too cute!!

Aw Cindy, why are you off Suz's list? You know if Jules has a major role the book is bound to be excellent! :-D And didn't the kitty just make you smile?? Amidst the sea of cuteness that is Cute Overload, she stood out!

I too am looking forward to this book. And the great thing is-it's after June, so I can get it! Woot

Meh, I was one of those who *LOVED* Max and Gina and was very disappointed in their story. I decided to let Brockmann get ahead of me so I don't have to wait 4 years for the characters I want to read about ;) Also, if I'm not buying HC I'll save some money for a bit.

I loved Jules in Cosmos' story but I don't know that she really has a bead on him. He can be extremely masculine and then almost 'stereotypically' gay. I like when he has darker emotions but in Max and Gina's book he was throwing 'sweety' around like nobody's business.

So, I'll wait and see ;)

Cindy-I think the sweety thing was to make Max uncomfortable. And I hated m&g's story the first time I read it too. But once I reread it, I lubbed it.

Ames - I admire your fortitude! I have NO willpower at all when it comes to books. They seem to jump into my cart or arms. LOL

Cindy - I think a re-read of Max and Gina's story might help. Ames is right...it's better the second time through. The first time I read it, the pacing really bothered me and the jumping around in time did too. But the second time it didn't bother me at all. :o)

Jules is a gay man for the 21st century! He can be stereotypical one minute and super-FBI guy the next! ;-) Don't try to put him in a box...he'll work his way out every time. LOL Just one more reason I love him so!
